I've been running level 2's easily now in my Tristan but you really need to get some skills up to make it easy. I've got Electronic and Engineering to V to max out my cpu and power grid so I can fit the modules I want...I've also got my cap rechar...

as said before....light missles! I like Flameburst for all around good damage dealer...I have no trouble with level 2's using my Tristan, two launchers and a drone...also slow your target down with a webifier

You've probaby done it already, but you have to find the agent on his "home" world. You can find agents available to you in a couple of ways. One way is to use the map and set the display setting to agents. Another is to open your character window...
